Orders

Orders may be placed on line, by fax or by telephone.
We will charge your credit card if your order is expected to ship within 30 days.
Anyone paying by check, personal or otherwise, must wait to have their check cleared before we ship your order. We will ship your order as soon as possible; however, please know that there are many circumstances (holidays, manufacturer back orders, etc.) which can affect the ship time of your order. We thank you in advance for your patience.

All international orders must be paid by Wire Transfer only. Credit cards and checks are not accepted. However, we do accept credit cards for Canadian orders.

Shipping times for orders vary and are approximations. All orders received before 11:00 AM are processed that same day. Orders after 11:00 AM will be processed the following day. Please provide your e-mail so that we may let yu know if items are not in stock.

We do not collect sales tax except on orders to South Carolina, USA. All other states are exempt from our collecting tax.

International shipments--the purchaser is responsible for all tariffs, foreign taxes, customs charges and destination fees.

Shipments

Check all deliveries very carefully, looking for damage and correctly shipped orders. Do not let others sign for your orders. Do not allow shippers, UPS,
Fed Ex, Airborne or others to leave shipped items at your business or residence. If you will not be there to receive your shipment, leave a note for the delivery driver advising him not to leave a shipment but instead to deliver the next day when you will be there; or let your note advise the shipper to get in touch with you. By all means, phone your shipper of any changes needed for delivery. You may call the shipper's terminal to schedule a pick up.
CCID True Value waives any responsibility for packages which are left unattended.

Compare your order to a copy of the invoice. CCID must receive your information about any damages or shortages with 48 hours after delivery.
CCID True Value waives any responsibity for any damaged or shorted goods if we are not notified in this time period.

Please note damaged or shorted goods and the number of boxes you received on the bill of lading. Ask the driver to sign next to your name
on both copies of the freight bill for verification.

You must save all packaging, boxing if the goods delivered are damaged or shorted in any way for any shipment.

Tracking information

Please know that your tracking information is available in most cases, within 48 hours of placing your order. However, if you place an order that will be drop shipped to your location, your tracking information should become available within 10 days from the date you placed your order. If an order is backordered, your tracking information will not be available until it is shipped. Contact us by e-mail.

Cancellations

We do not accept any cancellations by phone; cancellations must be by e-mail or fax, only!

You may can your order any time except:
Once your order has shipped from the manufacturer to CCID True Value, or from the manufacturer to you (drop ship), or from CCID True Value to you, your order is subject to our Return policy which follows.
Special orders must be cancelled within 2 business days of when you placed your order. A special order is any order which is not currently in stock by the manufacturer or us. If your order is for a tri-fuel conversion and the conversion has taken place or is in the middle of being done, you may not cancel and the order is not refundable.

You must include all important information: name; order number given to you when your order was placed via e-mail, phone or fax; and a description of the order.

Returns

There is a 20 % restocking fee for all returns. Also, shipping charges are not refundable, including anything which may have been shipped
freight free, initially. All goods must be returned within 10 business days of receipt, in original, unmarked and clean packaging, without any use of goods.

CCID True Value does not accept any returned goods which have been used, filled with oil or gasoline or other fluids.

Any goods which do not have an "RA" (return authorization) number on the outside of the packaging will be refused and returned to
the sender at their expense.

About Free Shipping or Freight Free

Most items do not ship freight free. However, on inspection at our website, or by asking us about freight, you will find some items freight
free. Volume purchases can receive freight free treatment and be sure to ask us if you are purchasing a quantity of product.

Freight charges are added to the purchase price of product.

There are differences between shipping charges for product going to a commercial location as opposed to a residential location. Home based
businesses are not commercial locations for shipping!! Commercial locations typically have a dock for unloading and a forklift to aid in delivery. Additional freight charges will be assessed to your order if you inadvertently designate an incorrect freight address.

Freight free or free shipping, when so stated, applies only to goods shipped within the continental U.S. (not Hawaii, Alaska, Guam, islands or other countries).

We will ship outside of the continental United States but not for free; please contact us for rates.

Payment information

We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover cards. As well, we will accept cashiers checks and money orders where we
can process orders immediately. Any type of good check is accepted. However, we require 21 calendar days to clear the bank before any
product can be shipped. Purchase orders and other forms of payment are accepted from Federal, State and local governments and
others on a case by case basis.

If you want to use American Express, Master Card, Visa or Discover cards, the shipping address must be set up as an alternate address
so that it will be verifiable during the security check. This can be done in a few minutes by calling the credit card company and telling them
you would like to set up an alternate shipping address.

All international orders (outside the continental U.S.) require payment by Wire Transfer Only. Credit cards and checks will not be accepted.
However, Canadian orders may be paid by Credit card.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at anytime.

When you place an order in any way with us you are stating that you have read and understand and agree to all of these terms and
conditions, that they are not negotiable in any way and can not be changed by anyone, either customer or CCID True Value employees and
CCID True Value representatives.

If any part of this agreement is held by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, void or unenforceable, the remainder of the provisions
shall remain in force and in effect and shall in no way be affected, impaired or invalidated.
